Absolutely delicious! I add it to warm water to hydrate after a workout. And I love that it contains Magnesium. Shouldn’t all hydration drinks contain magnesium? This is the only one I have found that does. Thanks Resurge!
I started taking this last month or so ago to help with dehydration and immune system support. I am not having the 3:00pm afternoon lag like I used to. No leg cramps either. Great flavor, I highly recommend!

I love this! I have a hard time with my second 40oz of water, now I drink it right up adding two scoops to it.
Also I have tried it with hot water (not boiling hot) Have you ever drank warm jello? This is what this reminds me of. It is soothing on my throat and tastes like berry flavor warm jello! Love it!💕
